THE BRAZOS
Style for days and location in spades.
Downtown Austin | Industrial Studio Loft | Nightly Rental | 1313 Sq. Ft. | Sleeps 6
If you wanna stay in the middle of it all, The Brazos is where it’s at. This urban luxury loft features industrial elements like brick walls, massive windows, and hardwood floors, making it a stylish home base for experiencing Austin like a pro.
WELCOME
The Brazos sits at Brazos & 5th Street, in the heart of The Live Music Capital of the World. If you’re looking for a good concert, you'll have countless options right outside your front door. If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious, industrial loft, that's right inside your front door.

There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but if you don't feel like going out, many local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores deliver to this building, including the flagship Whole Foods Market. You’ll also find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances if "getting your chef on" is a part of your itinerary.

This open floor plan loft has multiple sleeping areas. You’ll get to take your pick from a King bed in the sleeping nook with privacy curtains or a queen sleeper sofa and twin daybed with twin trundle in the living spaces. That’s 3 beds + 1 sleeper sofa - sleep tight!

P.S. Downtown Austin = awesome, but also = noisy night life. While this is a super convenient location, it’s definitely not super quiet. If going to bed early is your thing and you’re not into the sweet sounds of laughter and bass drops, we have plenty of other places in quieter neighborhoods for you to enjoy. We do supply ear plugs and sound machines if that helps though!

HOUSE COCKTAIL
The Sidecar is a direct descendant of the Brandy Crusta, a long-forgotten New Orleans drink that has enjoyed something of a comeback in the last couple of years. How it got its name is a source of debate: Both a French and English bar claim to have invented the combination of cognac, Cointreau and lemon juice for a customer who arrived at the location in the sidecar of a motorcycle.

Black Joe Lewis is an American blues, funk and soul artist influenced by Howlin' Wolf and James Brown. He formed Black Joe Lewis and The Honeybears in Austin, Texas in 2007. In March 2009, Esquire listed Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears as one of the "Ten Bands Set to Break Out at 2009's SXSW Festival."
